Why us

Everyone sells AI now.
Ask them one question.

What number in my books will this move, and by how much? We answer that in writing before we build anything. Here is how the other choices usually answer.

The other choices

Six ways to buy AI today.

None of these people are bad at their jobs. Each one gets paid for something other than your profit, and that decides what you end up with.

Your IT provider

Sells uptime, not profit.

What they sell. Uptime, security and a seat of Copilot or Claude for everyone, with a training class.

What you end up with. Licenses on the monthly bill and a few people who use them. Nobody gets paid to ask what it did for your profit.

What we do instead. We start from one profit goal and put AI only where a number moves. Your IT provider keeps running the network, and we work with them, not around them.

A software shop

Builds what you ask for.

What they sell. Hours. You describe the thing and they build the thing.

What you end up with. Exactly what you asked for, built well. The bigger dollars often sit one step away, and a shop paid by the hour has no reason to look there.

What we do instead. We start with your ask, because you know where it hurts. Then we follow the dollars and build the fix that moves the most of them first.

An AI consultant

Sells a deck of suggestions.

What they sell. A strategy. Workshops, a readiness score and a roadmap with a long list of ideas on it.

What you end up with. A deck of suggestions and a monthly retainer. Setting it up is somebody else's job, so the ideas sit on a slide.

What we do instead. We rank every idea by profit dollars, build the top ones ourselves, and stick around to make sure they keep paying.

A big consulting firm

Priced for a bigger company.

What they sell. A team, a method and a brand name you have heard of.

What you end up with. A huge retainer, a long project and a lot of people in your building. Everything was built for a company much bigger than yours, including the bill.

What we do instead. One fixed price per step, in writing. Our founder runs the assessment himself.

The AI in your software

Helps inside one program.

What they sell. An AI button inside the software you already pay for. Your email, accounting, CRM and industry software all have one now.

What you end up with. A smarter button inside one program. Most of the waste sits between them, where your people type the same information into more than one program, because the programs do not share it.

What we do instead. We use those buttons where they pay. Then we connect your programs so they pass information to each other, and nobody retypes anything.

Your CPA firm

Good advice, nothing set up.

What they sell. An AI roadmap, added on to the tax and bookkeeping work they already do for you.

What you end up with. Good advice from people who know your books. Advice only, though. Nobody sets anything up, so the roadmap waits for somebody to build it.

What we do instead. We read the same books, set up the fixes ourselves, and report the dollars back every quarter. Your CPA stays your CPA.

Their own slide.
Nothing.
Nothing yet. It is advice.
Profit dollars, in your own books, every quarter.

Nobody. They install.
They do, to your spec.
Somebody else.

Nobody.
We do, inside the tools you already own.

You do, or a new quote.
You do.
The next phase.

You do.
We do. Maintained and monitored, reported every quarter.
Our founder

Built by an operator. Not a consultant.

Guy Morgan built BlueStar Energy Solutions from a two-person startup into the #2 fastest-growing private company in the United States, then sold it to American Electric Power, a Fortune 500 utility, in 2012. BlueStar also won an InfoWorld 100 award for the IT systems it built to run its own business.

That was not a consulting engagement. It was more than a decade of running payroll, pricing risk and fixing broken processes with his own money on the line. He has carried what you carry, so he speaks owner, not consultant.
